What To Expect

Begin at Baumwall station, in the Speicherstadt area of Hamburg. Listen to your German-speaking guide as they provide interesting information about coffee, spices and traditional oriental carpets. Then, continue on foot to HafenCity, where you will see the building that many Hamburgers consider to be the ‘best office building in the world.’ Next, take a stroll along the harbor and get close up views of some of the world's largest yachts such as Queen Mary 2 and Russian businessman Roman Abramovich’s superyacht Eclipse. Finish by walking back to your starting point.

Start at Baumwall station in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt district with your German-speaking guide who will explain about coffee, spices and traditional oriental carpets. Head off on foot to HafenCity for a look at what is thought by many locals to be 'the best office building in the world.' Visit the harbor for sightings of some of its biggest yachts like Queen Mary 2 and Russian businessman Roman Abramovich’s superyacht Eclipse. Stroll back towards your start point after enjoying wonderful views from along River Elbe.
