    In Sweetvalley cooking school, upon arrival in the morning about 9.00 am, every traveler gets their own personal session on Sri Lankan Traditional cuisine, and guideline on how to select combination of food items for the day. Once this is completed, each one of guests was given a small kitchen setup with personal cooker, kitchen ware and table ware. Based on food selection, each guest is fully guided to prepare their own food items with handmade ingredients. A full day long session will include five sub sessions which include preparing a breakfast, main meal, snack, sweet and a soup. A typical session will runs from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm of the day.
