Overview

    Jenay originated the practice of Paddle Yoga on Lake Tahoe. The partnership between Lake Tahoe Yoga and South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle offers unique access to Lake Tahoe's shore. After a brief mini-lesson that includes paddle board safety and proper use you will be guided in how to get onto the boards safely and on-water rules. As we paddle out onto the lake you can learn about the history of Tahoe, common fun facts or enjoy the peace and serenity of the morning on the water. Our Asana practice takes place while we float freely around one another. Following a floating savasana we will return to shore with memories of our serene practice and surroundings.
