It is an activity for those who have an adventurous and sports spirit. The stand-up paddle excursion in the Amazon takes place on the Tarumã Negro river, near Setur. Our classes last about two hours, including a brief explanation. Tarumã has shallow waters, so there is nothing to fear if you don't feel comfortable or don't know how to swim. This activity is recommended for people of all ages and who have no history of knee or spine problems. This activity requires you to keep your body in a straight and rigid position, with your knees slightly bent. The beach where the class will be held will be at Tarumã and will be done by the instructor's choice, according to the water conditions.
