Enjoy a 2-hour caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and experiment a tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. You will first visit the farm for about 1-hour and 15 minutes, followed by the tasting session. The tasting will be composed of two different kinds of caviar : our principal caviar Signature range from Baeri sturgeon and the new caviar Oscietra from Gueldenstaedtii an other sturgeon species at Caviar Of Neuvic, caviar butter and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you will just have visited. All these dishes are served with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine.
