Overview

    Training on the ocean and on a SUP board gives you a feeling of freedom and challenge. The wobble of the board will train all muscle groups, even those that you may not have known. It is great fun and a unique experience. Please apply a high sun protection factor beforehand, wear sun protection / T-shirt and hat / headscarf and have a not too full stomach. The valuables can be stored in the Godzilla surf shop during training.
