When I visit a new city or country, my goal is always to find the authentic traditions and gastronomy of the region. However, finding the authentic places is completely difficult, especially in Madrid, because it is a very touristy city.
In our tapas tasting activity, we are going to get to know and taste the authentic Madrid, where the locals go to go tapas (taste tapas), drink and enjoy the city.
We will visit the local businesses and taste the authentic Spanish food. Croquettes, oysters, chistorra, wine, other dishes will accompany our evening.
