    Overview

    Taroudant, located in the Sous Valley of southern Morocco, is to the east of Agadir and south of Marrakesh. It lies on the route to Ouarzazate and the Sahara desert. This town has been referred to as a "miniature Marrakesh" due its similar city walls.

    What To Expect

    This itinerary for this product includes a stop in Taroudant, sometimes called "Little Marrakesh." This walled city is full of souks and squares that have a mystical feel. It's also an ideal place to explore the Western Atlas, Anti Atlas, and coast nearby. The journey continues to Tiout, where there is a Kasbah and Oasis offering stunning views. You may even ride a donkey through the Oasis (additional cost). The day trip lasts seven hours in total.
