    Meet your local guide at a cheese factory and venture there to choose and test the best products, which will be used for the meal a bit later.

    Once installed in the ecologîte de Quentin, on the heights of Aix-les-Bains, you will begin to prepare one of the most famous Savoyard dishes, which will also be your meal: the essential tartiflette!

    You will concoct this dish with the ingredients that you have previously collected from the cheese factory, supplemented with fresh products straight from Quentin's vegetable garden.

    Let yourself be surprised by this atypical place and discover new practices in terms of ecology and recycling: dry toilets, water collectors ...

    The experience will be completed with stories, explanations and anecdotes about the Savoy region, its flora and everything that lives there.
