    Cantina Biagiotti produce one of the best Tuscan wine: he is able to sell to the Michelin Star restaurant of Lucca. But more than this, he transmit the passion of winemaking just by looking at you.

    The place is unique: a small cellar of a Monastery from 1700.

    You will have the opportunity to know Ferdinando, a real Tuscan winemaker, and to let him show you the beauty of his cellar.
    He will bring you to his vineyard where he will explain you all the secrets of winemaking and all the process that allowed him to produce one of the best wine in Lucca.

    Then he will bring you inside his historical cellar and he will serve you a complete wine tasting matched with some local charcuteries like salami and local cheese.

    You will be amazed by the knowledge of Ferdinando and the passion he has for the wine!

What to Expect

    The only authentic wine tour in Pisa. Visit two real tuscan organic wineries. We are talking about two historical places with two different ways of making wines, but united by the same aim: producing the best biological wine of the area. In the recent years tuscan wine became famous all over the world, but some wineries lost their authenticity: let me guide in you genuine places to show you how to produce a real ORGANIC tuscan wine. I will pick you up in Pisa with my professional van, and I will drive you through the hills of Tuscany. Are you ready for a nice drive in the countryside? At the winery we will visit the cellar and you will discover the process and all the secrets about Tuscan wine, thanks to the explanations and the life stories of the farmer. Then, you will taste the wines of the production. Every wine will be matched with products from the garden and some specialties It is not a complete lunch, but is a good opportunity to learn how to pair tuscan food with wine :)
