My name is Jaru, and I am Akha. What-!-! have you never heard of my people- Well I am Thai also, but here in the North of Thailand we have many people that have lived here from long ago. My tribe it Akha and we have a cuisine all our own. I am a Professionally trained Chef and have live in Chiang Rai my whole life.
