Overview
At Tingly Thai Cooking School, our class schedule starts at 8:30am with a meeting point at the school. From 8:35am we take you on a tour of Wat Kheak fresh market to introduce you to the fruits, herbs, vegetables and spices used for authentic Thai cooking. At 9am, we will return to the school where you'll begin learning traditional techniques of preparing food until 12pm. During this time you will make Tom Yum Kung (hot and sour prawn soup), Pad Thai Kung (fried noodles with prawns), Green Curry with chicken (Monday & Friday), Red Curry with Chicken (Tuesday & Saturday), Panaeng Curry with Chicken (Wednesday & Sunday) and Mussamas curry with chicken (Thursday). You will also make Khao Neeaw Mamuang - Mango sticky rice for dessert before the class ends at 12pm. Furthermore, we have many more menus available for you to select from that offer new experiences in Thai cooking which shouldn't be missed!
