The Best of Puerto Plata Culture, History and Beach

Overview

We will start at the Puerto Plata Cable Car where we will have a 180 view of the whole city from above. Then we will visit the Fort San Felipe, a historic military building dating back to the XVI century that houses a small museum. After that we will head to a typical Dominican lunch at the historic center of Puerto Plata, walk around the colorful little streets while I tell you a little bit about it's history and why I love this city so much. We will find perfect spots for pictures and delicious typical snacks along the way. For our last stop we will be heading to Sosua beach, where most of the days the water is crystal clear, we will wash off the salt water before heading back.
