    My passion for cooking and the family recipes passed down through generations have been refined in the best Italian and international cooking schools, including the Paul Bocuse Institute (3* Michelin) in the beautiful Ecully castle. Together we'll find out the secrets of ravioli, easy and tasty, or tagliatelle with the recipes of my bolognese nanny. You'll learn to prepare the original, italian gelato, easier than you thought. Remember, Italian food is easy to prepare and you need few ingredients, but quality ones; that's why it's very good.
    You will work in a location surrounded by a fruit trees and lots of flowers that you’ll enjoy during your lunch/dinner above the roofs of Milan. You will also be very close to the Duomo square, to Leonardo’s Last Supper or the Prada museum and to the Navigli as well. Located in the Designer and Fashion area with the subway travelling until 1 am, you’ll be safe to walk inside an unforgettable and historical Milan!
