    The combination of daily meditation, yoga, asana, mantra and trekking in the powerful atmosphere of the Himalayas, provides a fulfilling physical stress and strengthens the mind.
    In the spectacular landscape of the Himalayas, we will experience walking as a form of meditation.
    In our two hours of yoga each day, we will practice holistic yoga, exploring breathing techniques in the clean mountain air that will lead us to meditation.
    Chanting mantras around our campfire is the perfect way to round off an intense day.
    And all this in the midst of the beautiful surroundings of the Indian Himalayas. We will wander through enchanting landscapes with green pastures, ancient forests, wild rivers, deep ravines and snow capped peaks.
    On the trekking tours you will be accompanied by a yoga teacher and mountain guide with a team.
