Overview

Located in one of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico City, the Blue House was turned into a museum in 1958, four years after the death of the famous painter Frida Kahlo.

This house-museum is full of history, as it is the same house where Frida was born, lived and died. Although she lived in different places in Mexico City and abroad when she married Diego Rivera, in the end she never left her picturesque house in Coyoacán.
Upon entering this place and without being a great admirer, you will feel like you are traveling back to the years of the painter's universe, since not only are some of her most famous works such as Viva la Vida or Frida y la cesarean, but there are also newspapers, clothing, accessories, among many other items and objects for personal use.
