Timiryazevsky Forest Gym Private Hiking Tour

Overview

In the Timiryazevsky forest we do light gymnastics together and then each participant from the group will work out on one of the simulators, the total time of the lesson is about 60 minutes, then we return back. Total tour time is 5 hours approximately - round trip to hotel 1 and training each participant will have a description of the excursion in English immediately at the meeting, a training complex and an online consultation via video link with a training session upon return. This will be sent to him by personal mail or messenger, it will be a special program approximate taking into account his age and needs and health.
