    Day trip to the historic Bassano, known for its history linked to the First World War and for the traditional alcoholic drink called grappa.
    Here you can enjoy a guided tour of the distillery, you can admire the Grappa museum and stroll through the historic streets of the center. You can have a typical lunch in a downtown restaurant.

What to Expect

    A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. After your short train ride, from Bologna or Modena, we'll meet in Parma and head to a dairy producer to see live the different stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production. At the end, enjoy a small tasting of two different ages accompanied by some local wine. Afterwards, we will head to the hills and visit a ham factory to learn about the production and characteristics of Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, you will taste some prosciutto with a glass of wine before returning to the Parma train station.
