    Overview

Just a stone's throw from the historic center of Naples lies one of its most captivating locations, the Fontanelle Cemetery. Established within an old tuff quarry in 1656 as a result of the Plague that caused countless Neapolitans to lose their lives, it has since become known for its 'pezzentelle souls', whom devotees turn to in order to receive graces and intercessions.

You will be accompanied by a guide who will tell you tales surrounding the characters guarded here. After this mystical experience, take a stroll through Sanità district - so named because it was believed to possess natural and supernatural salubrity - and explore the bustling alleys of this lovely hidden corner of Naples while connecting with its people.
