We start our tour at 9 am in the lobby of the hotel where they are staying.
We will start our way to the Sierra Juárez, where we will arrive at the community of Las Animas, you will learn the techniques used to make kitchen utensils, especially the Molinillo, essential to obtain the foam when serving chocolate.
We will continue hiking in the community of La Cumbre, Ixtepeji, where a local guide will talk to us about the flora, fauna and the traditions of the communities, we will arrive at a waterfall. It is a 30 to 40 min walk.
