Inspired by the representativeness of Espírito Santo coffees on the national and international scene, we created this incredible experience.
The Special Cafes tour starts in Vitória and we continue on to the Capixabas Mountains region. The meeting place and start will be a selected cafeteria where full breakfast will be served and a chat with the barista about special coffees and the art of producing this much appreciated drink. The barista will do a sensory analysis of coffees or a mini lecture on filtered methods or other topics related to the final drink.
Then we climb the mountains and walk around the region and stop for lunch at a selected restaurant.
After lunch the tour continues and we visit a property with a scheduled reception to see the part of farming, processing and roasting of coffees. In this way, we will see the coffee cycle from end to end, always looking for a different actor that is a good representation in the Espírito Santo coffee market.
