This tour runs daily from Auckland.
The tour starts in Auckland with a pick from your Hotel or Auckland CBD. Then we drive to Hobbiton Movie Set this is approximately a 2 hours drive. The drive takes you some of the most scenic country side of the Waikato, renowned for dairy farming. We make stops along the way.
Once at Hobbiton the real magic starts, a fully guided 2 hour tour around the movie set. Get ready to be mesmerised by the 44 hobbit holes and Bilbo Baggins house with all the scenery makes you feel like you are part of the movie! Your guide will explain all the finer detail of the set before stopping at the Green Dragon Inn for a complimentary drink. (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Once the tour is complete we return and drop off to Auckland CBD or your hotel
