On our tour of its historic center we will visit the interior of the manor house of the General Captains and the stately courtyard of the Volois House from the early 18th century.
We will pause to enjoy a tasting of Canarian products such as sweet plantain wines, Plate banana wines, almogrote, mojo picón, mojo verde and the famous Teide stones, which are almonds wrapped in chocolate.
We will continue our route visiting the cloister patios and exhibition hall of the 16th century San Agustín Convent. The Museum of the History of Tenerife, the Lercaro Palace and its stately courtyards. And we will finish with a tasting in a typical Canarian tapas still life, where we will give a good account of some of them such as the escaldón de gofio, Canarian chickpeas, wrinkled potatoes with mojo, party meat and country wine
