Our bilingual tea masters ensure that you can understand and appreciate each part of the ancient ritual by taking you through each traditional step of the practice - preparing for you delicious matcha green tea and "higashi" sweets to enjoy, and explaining the profound traditions and philosophies behind the ancient ceremonies. You can then try making tea in the processes of the tea ceremony yourself.
