What To Expect

Apart from tours, we also provide private door-to-door transportation to assorted attractions in Bogotá and the surrounding areas. With this service, you can rely on a friendly and knowledgeable driver (non English speaker) who will pick you up at your hotel at the appointed time and take you to two of the most renowned sites in Bogota's savannah: Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral and Guatavita Golden Lake.

Beginning at 8:00am from your hotel, this one-day trip is an ideal way to experience the fresh air of the countryside while visiting two remarkable places that are quintessentially Colombian. First our driver will bring you to the Salt Cathedral where they'll stay outside while you explore this incredible temple on your own. After that you can make a stop at the village‘s main square for lunch (not included). Afterwards, our chauffeur will drive you to the entrance of Guatavita Reservoir - where hiking trails are clearly marked -  and wait for you as you enjoy majestic views of this legendary lake.

At approximately 4:00pm, our driver will return with peace of mind back to Bogotá and drop off either at your hotel or any other place within the city.
