Come and experience the unique activity of truffle hunting in the Italian woods, followed by an organic cooking class. Our Truffle Hunting Master will introduce you to his dogs and then you'll help search for the elusive fungi. He'll then teach you various ways of using this highly prized delicacy of the food world in a meal that will be prepared this afternoon.
You'll learn more cooking skills the following day with a wine paired organic cooking class at the Villa. Plus, you have time to either chill out or explore the local area, including the town of Bracciano and the lake named after it.
