So, why not give it a try and experience the mesmerizing feeling of the underwater world or find your inner peace Are you interested in experiencing the calming sensation of being submerged in water Or looking to find serenity within yourself Perhaps you just want a fun day out at sea If so, then Freediving is perfect for you!

Our Try Freediving course offers an introduction to recreational Freediving - which we like to call "Advanced Snorkeling". During this half-day program, you and a buddy will learn how to safely freedive on coral reefs and observe marine life such as dolphins, manta rays, turtles etc.

No prior experience is necessary - all that's required is that you are confident in swimming. So why not give it a go, and discover what the wonderful underwater world has to offer

What To Expect

Your itinerary will include spending the first ninety minutes in Freedive Nusa Freediving School, where you will learn the fundamentals of breath-hold diving through both theoretical and practical instruction. Afterwards, you will take to the waters around the school's home reef to put your newfound knowledge into practice. This experience should give you increased confidence in open water and enhance your freedom while swimming or snorkeling. Your final destination is Nusa Penida Island at Sampalan Nusa Garden Bungalow.
