Turtle releasing

Duration

clock4 hours

Overview

During the rainy season and until January or mid-February is when the greatest number of arrivals of the Golfina turtles is and, to a lesser extent, of the leatherback and leatherback types.

Once they are born, they are cared for and fed in tanks with sea water for approximately 7 to 14 days before their release, with this action they intend that they acquire a larger size to try to avoid their possible death by natural predators by releasing them.

An expert bilingual guide will be in charge of explaining and raising awareness of the importance of turtle conservation and protection.
