    Kobe Port Tower requires free admission from the 1st to 3rd floors, and 700 yen for adults (300 yen for elementary and junior high school students) from the 1st to 5th floors. If you purchase a pre-sale ticket, you can enter the observation floor for a discount of 100 yen (50 yen discount for elementary and junior high school students)!
