    Marching across Macau, BOOTCAMP is an outdoor exercise program that is all about getting fast results!

    You can become a BOOTCAMP trainee and take part in a fun results-based program, that works on cardiovascular endurance, muscle resistance, core strength and stabilization, agility and joint mobility.

    All of this is achieved through circuits of high intensity interval training and body-weight resistance training.

    Whatever your fitness level is this type of workout is suitable to all. Whether it is the first time you have put on a pair of trainers or you are preparing for a triathlon our trainers will be able to provide you a great workout.
