What to Expect

    Bacalar is a magical town located 30 minutes from Chetumal, it is also known as the lagoon of 7 colors, which is the main attraction, thanks to the minerals and connections with the cenotes we can see this incredible spectacle of different shades in the lagoon. On this adventure we will have the opportunity to visit different emblematic places of Bacalar such as the Cenote Negro, the Birds Island and the Pirate’s Canal, all this while you have a boat ride through the lagoon, in the Pirate’s Canal you will have time to go down into the water and swim. During the boat ride you will have snacks and drinks to have a better experience. We will then visit Fort San Felipe, where we will have time to explore the place and where you will discover the history behind this monument built in the 18th century.
