Halkidiki now has its beer. Valtinger beer was born on
Kassandreia (Valta) by ecotechnologist Thanassis Misaltis and is the only local beer in Halkidiki
The idea started in 2012 as an amateur brewer where, after many experiments and continuous evolution through seminars, clubs, endless reading hours, competitions in Greece and abroad, he spent the beginning of 2019 professionally and in high production.
Valtinger Brewing Following the new brewing movement is the so-called Gipsy or Nomad Brewing which means that there is no privately owned Brewery but brewing its recipes in affiliated breweries
The purpose of the "brewery" is to produce fresh, unfiltered, high quality local beer with a limited life span.
