Overview

    Passing by the “Port Vell” harbour, we drive to the Barceloneta beach, one of the best urban beaches in the world. We reach the 1992 Olympic Village and start our way up the city, crossing Barcelona’s diverse neighbourhoods and monuments.Jean Nouvel’s “Torre Agbar”, “La Monumental” the last operating bullfighting arena in Catalonia, Antonio Gaudi’s world famous “Sagrada Familia” and the “Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau”, from the modernist architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, lead us to a short visit of the “Parc Güell”, also from Gaudi, before we hit the mountain.

    A lovely ride through the “Parc de Collserola”, the largest metropolitan park in the world, takes us to the top of the “Tibidabo”, with its 512 meters the highest mountain in the “Serra de Collserola”. After Norman Foster’s “Torre de Collserola” and a great lunch (if booked) enjoying the spectacular views over the city and the surrounding coastline, we get back on our Vespa and drive down through the “chic”.
