Overview

This visit is special because there is not only a company behind it, but the visceral passion of the people who are part of it. Do not visit the historic winery Germano Angelo, it is like losing an important piece of Barolo history. Teobaldo Germano, was the founder and first president of the social cellar of Barolo that obtained numerous prizes and mentions. Dissolved in 1930, it was bought by Davide Germano and transformed into its own cellar, the now restored rooms where the tasting takes place. Davide himself who founded the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo and Barbaresco in 1934. And then there's innovation, through Viviana Germano who throws himself into regenerative horticulture founding the az. agricultural the Flying Hens Wood. The dishes you will taste in combination with the wines are prepared starting from the raw materials produced in the vegetable garden. We are not here to tell everything ... to discover our world for ourselves.
