Overview

The tasting menu will begin with a greeting from our host McKenzie, a glass of sangria, and a sophisticated table set with Brined and Roasted Rosemary-Chile Almonds & Candied Peppered Walnuts. The first plate will consist of a classic Italian Mushroom Risotto topped with a nest of sautéed mushrooms and shaved parmesan. Next, we will enjoy a Middle Eastern plate of Lamb Kofte served with Hummus, Muhammara, and a wedge of pita. The menu takes a spicy turn from here so we will serve a short citrus sorbet intermezzo, and our host will prepare a traditional Cuban Mojito with fresh lime and muddled mint. The mojito pairs quite well with the Vietnamese Pork Banh Mi that is served next. The Banh Mi is presented on a French baguette and stuffed with pickled carrots and peppers, fresh herbs, and sprouts.
