    The New Wave Gym is the first and only studio in Vienna to offer the US lifestyle "Fitnessrowing". This special full-body workout is a dynamic rowing unit with special strengthening exercises.

    In the motivational group lessons, we offer a complete strength endurance training. The selected exercises are harmoniously combined in a choreography and literally carry you to the goal through the beats of the music! As body fat is broken down, muscles, tendons and cartilage are continually strengthened by the water resistance of the water rower.

    The metabolic rate is similar to jogging - with the subtle difference that joints are less stressed.
