Overview

    After a 45-minute drive, you will reach a family-run oil mill, now an international company exporting its extra-virgin olive oil and flavoured oils. After the guided tour, you will taste different types of extra-virgin olive oil.

    Afterwards, you will head-on into a renown winery with its own olive, almond groves and cherry orchards.
    After the guided tour of the wine canteen, where you will learn everything about Apulian winemaking, you will taste 4 different wines and some snacks (taralli, olives, almonds).

    Lunch or dinner in a traditional farmhouse can be added upon request (30€ per person).

What to Expect

    After a 50-minute drive, you will reach a family-run vineyard surrounded by hectares of olive, almond groves and cherry orchards: a renowned company that now produces one of the best DOP wines of southern Italy. After the guided tour of the company, you will taste 5 different types of wine (white, rosè, red) and have a delicious light lunch in the main building with local specialties such as focaccia, olives, taralli, bruschette, cold cuts and mozzarella. At the end of the tasting, you will be able to walk through the vineyards to discover the Apulian countryside and the most common fruit tree varieties.
