Wine, reading and bookstores for "flaneurs"

Duration

clock3 hours

Overview

Buenos Aires, known for its architectural richness, is also a great world capital of the book (UNESCO, 2011), and a source of editing a huge amount of materials - both local pens and translations - of extraordinary quality.

And although immersing yourself in the wonderful culture of the Buenos Aires book is an immense pleasure, we know that this abundance can also be overwhelming.

Therefore, we designed this tour to guide you in that process in the most enjoyable way: guided by Betina, book cult and veteran of the city's public library system, and accompanied by wines and coffees.

The tour is a guided walking tour of two of the most beautiful bookstores in the city and the neighborhoods that host them. On this unforgettable afternoon, Betina will tell you about the literary movement in Buenos Aires, the best pens of today, and will help you find the perfect books to take back home and impress friends and family.
