You will start off this unique wine learning experience with the glass of ultra-premium MCC (South African Champagne method sparkling wine) in your hand and the breath-taking panoramic view.
Through the relaxed introduction, we will figure out your level of knowledge and from there proceed to engaging, interactive and exciting wine tasting and wine masterclass.
You will taste 10 premium and ultra-premium South African wines, from different grape varieties. Each of the tasted wines and grape varieties will come with its own set of hand-made aroma standards that you will try to find in the wine.
This is a completely interactive activity and having fun learning experience is our goal! By the end of the class, you will be able to recognize new wine aromas and even guess the wine in your glass, blind-folded. How cool is that-
Your wine expert – Matija, will be guiding you through this wine masterclass. He has 10 years of international wine making and research experience.
