On this tour we will explore the Pfalz wine region about 85 km (1hr) south from Frankfurt. Here you find a charming wine region of rolling hills with ancient wine roots and traditional wine villages with French influence. Being a warmer region the wines have more body and ripeness and its here beyond Riesling you will find some of Germany's best red wines.
On this tour we visit 3+ wine stops trying over 25+ types of German wines focused on the best quality and value from smaller boutique wine producers. After all that wine we will stop for some regional wine tapas to keep the balance and wine flowing. Cheers!
Pick up is possible from Frankfurt, Mainz, Mannheim and Heidelberg areas. This tour is mostly private, but sometimes is mixed with other wine loving couples.
