Overview

This is the only way to see a secluded waterfall in the Daintree Rainforest. Approx 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Please arrive by 2:15 pm at the famous Turtle Rock Cafe at Cape Trib (open from 7:30am - 3pm). Your guide will meet you and ask you to sign a waiver - see website for waiver details. We then head into the heart of this ancient rainforest ecosystem, with a somewhat challenging 2 hour return hike to a pristine waterfall deep in the Nuwu Valley. Our afternoon start time allows you to do the morning Ocean Safari snorkelling reef trip. (Book separately via Ocean Safari website) If you search for "Daintree hike" you will see my six tour options there. 2 are from Port Douglas, and 4 from Cape Trib. The Waterfall hike is a somewhat challenging two hour return, requiring reasonable fitness and good balance.
