Hands Down Massage is relaxing experience using a variety of modalities to best fit the body. Meeting the tension to the point the muscles start relax. Assessing the bodies old and new stresses on the body. Creating space throughout the body taking stress off areas of focus. Reminding the body how it feels to be fully relaxed. This is work so I will send you home with homework to extent your Yearly Reset. Spouses are welcome to come and learn trades to do regularly.
