Hatha and Vinyassa Yoga private class. Group up to 10 people. We are please to give you wellness that will unify your body and mind. We are Julie and Alexis, two French yogis that got their Yoga Alliance teacher training certificate in Bali.
You can choose in between:
. Alexis Hatha class for a traditional Indhu approach
. Julie Vinyassa class to stay fit, loose weight and strengthen your body.
For the location of the class, rendez-vous on the Corsaire beach in Anglet for the sunset to enjoy the sky and the ocean that will fill your body and mind with good and fresh energy. We can as well come to your place or anywhere else within Bayonne Anglet Biarritz area :)
