It finds its mention in many religions like Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism. A certified Yoga instructor will inform you about the basic history of yoga, techniques, exercises, and postures, which you can practice right on the ghats. At the end of the activity, you will learn how to generate body awareness, let go of stress, reduce tension, straining, and sharpen attention and concentration.
