Overview

    We will kick-start your perfect day with a combination of meditation and yoga, delicious food, good conversations and a lot of fun!

    We start our experience with an ayurvedic beverage and a few insights about what the aim of our experience is. Then you will have a hatha yoga session with Marie, our India trained Yoga teacher on a peaceful terrasse under a centenarian mango tree. Finally we indulge in a delicious, plant based brunch and some good conversation among friends.

    You have the possibility to book the "Brunch-only" option. With that option you will learn about the basics of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian medical system that uses diet and lifestyle to prevent and treat disease. We will learn how to prepare an Ayurvedic hot beverage and integrate Ayurveda in your everyday life.

    All this will take place in an unique setting in the backyard of our incredible 120-years old colonial Villa in Santa Teresa.
