    Any pre-existing injuries or health conditions must be notified in advance and on our waiver form.

    After the whole adventure you can see a film and photographs, which can be purchased as souvenir

    If you have long hair, be sure to bring a hair tie. Bring a change of clothes (you will get wet!), old, comfortable shoes, a large towel, and plenty of sun block. Do not wear dangling earrings or jewelry.
