Get inside tips from a local about local products and recipes. Snacks and beverages are included. This is a small-group tour with a maximum of 7 people per booking. It advisable to specify any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. A sample menu is; Salade Nicoise - A mixed of fresh vegetables, egg & tuna fish, Pissaladi¨re - Local sweet onion tart with olives and anchovy, and Tarte Tatin - An overturned tart with fruit of the season and caramel.
Perfect bonding time with family. A traveler came with her daughter and granddaughter. They enjoyed the class. The instructor offered lots of tips and helpful information about the food. It was very authentic to make food actually being taught in the home of a local person made the experience even more special. Highly recommend it to anyone who would like to experience more than just a cooking class.
