Krakow-Balice Airport is located 7 miles west of the city of Krakow, in the village of Balice. It?s the 2nd busiest airport in Poland and has two Terminal s. Terminal 1 is the InternationalTerminal and is used by airlines such as EasyJet and Ryanair. Terminal 2 is the domestic Terminal and is used by Jet Air and LOT Polish Airlines; as a result it?s the smaller of the two.

Krakow Airport has two Terminal s:
Terminal 1 - After collecting your luggage you will need to head straight out of the baggage reclaim and you will find all of the hire companies along the wall of the exit.
Terminal 2 - After collecting your luggage you will need to get the shuttle service that runs between Terminal s 1, 2 and the train station and get off the shuttle at Terminal 1. Once there you will need to go inside the Terminal before turning left and finding the rental companies on the wall of the exit.
Once you have collected the keys to your vehicle then the car park is directly opposite Terminal 1 and you will be told where your hire car is parked. The hire companies available are Avis, Budget , Dollar, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt .
The journey from the centre of Krakow to the airport is a relatively short one, only take 20 minutes at worst. The 10-mile journey is mostly spent on Route 780, which can be accessed by getting onto Ksiecia Jozefa and keeping right at the fork. Once on you will need to follow it for 4 miles and then turn right at Route 774. By now the airport will be visible and you?ll be able to find your way to the car park.
