Learn from a passionate chef who is a local from Paris and loves organizing events to share her passion for many. She will add a twist to traditional French recipes using the techniques she acquired over the years and from different cultures. Greatly influenced by her ancestral heritage, an Indian/Vietnamese mother and an Italian/Ukrainian father, she will surely bring new flavors in the table.
For starters, you will be toured around the market by your guide/chef. Buy all the best and fresh ingredients from small local shops to be used for the cooking class. The place where you will be having the class is just a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. You can visit it and the Tomb of Napoleon or the War Museum which is only a couple of minutes " walk. Sample menu includes Beef Bourguignon, Chicken blanquette, Roti de porc la Dijonnaise, Poires Belle Hel¨ne, Tarte Tatin, and Mi-cuit au chocolat.
Participants loved meeting local shop keepers and tasted some of the items. The cooking instructions were easy to follow and the meal was delicious. Recommended to anyone who loves to cook with any skill level.
