    This tour takes travelers up-close and personal with the Duoro valley. The walk will take you to two villages in the Duoro Valley, namely; SA£o CristovA£o and Provesende. These villages used to be known to house some of the most active wineries in the region. During recent times, they are filled with tranquility and stillness that reveal a lot about the history of the region. The route will lead towards PinhA£o through traditional walkways that reveal the beauty of the Duoro valley. It's an accessible route with a descending direction which extends for about 7km long. In the valley, travelers will get to marvel at vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees. At the end of the tour, travelers get to enjoy local products from the region. There's a chance to savor the unique Duoro port wine and table wine.

    There's going to be some private transportation to take travelers to the meeting point for the beginning of the tour. There will be a local and professional tour guide to lead travelers through these ancient footpaths. The guide will point out important attractions and immersive views to you. The tour includes lunch, alcoholic beverages, and insurance. This tour is not recommended for anyone with mobility challenges, back problems, heart problems or pregnant women. Travelers are expected to have a moderate level of physical fitness. It's a private tour and only those booked for it will participate.

    This walking tour was the best way to explore the Duoro valley. The tour allowed us to taste some of the best produce from the region. There were also great views of the valley for everyone to enjoy.
